Annual Professional Congresses around the Globe

By the later 1980s IMCA had resolved that meeting once each year for Graduation Congregation was too long a gap. An intervening meeting that became known as the Annual Professional Congress (APC) emerged and went on tour at various locations, giving the opportunity for Partners to shown off their facilities and give everyone else a better understanding.

Since the APCs have been convened in Switzerland, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, South Africa’s Cape Town and in Johannesburg, in Colorado, Ontario, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and Sarawak, in Buckingham and on Australia’s Gold Coast. This collection of pictures gives that international flavour, and shows that APCs are fun as well as work. IMCA is a truly multinational institution without equal and none of us doubt the pain and the pleasure of action learning.
